Beauty Sleep Gummies 

A night time treat to add to your sleep routine - an Australian bovine grass fed gelatine high in protein and amino acids for better skin and gut, INTU Wellness Magnesium sleep and skin renewal to assist in your beauty sleep and skin health and Tarte Cherry Concentrate which has scientifically been proven to aid in melatonin production.

Most pre-made gummy vitamins on the market are full of artificial ingredients, gums and sugars  that are not so great for our health. The recipe I have formulated only contains 3 ingredients that all play a role in improving your sleep, skin and gut health.

After a few rounds of making these magnesium gummies at home - exposing my husband to weekly batches and getting feedback to nail the gummy consistency, I can finely share this little sleep treat with you all.

They are so easy to make, taste delicious and knowing they will optimise your sleep routine makes them even better!

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups filtered water - room temperature

2 Tablespoons DR SUPERFOODS Tart Cherry Concentrate

3 Scoops INTU Wellness Sleep + Skin Renewal

3 Tablespoons Nutra Organics Natural Gelatin

BPA free silicone moulds

STEPS

  1. Pour Filtered water, tarte cherry concentrate and magnesium powder into a saucepan. Using a hand held mixer whisk the ingredients together.

  2. Evenly sprinkle the gelatin on top of the liquid mixture and let rest for 15mins

  3. Once the liquid has ‘Bloomed’ turn the stove onto a low-medium heat and gently stir the mixture. Once the gelatin has dissolved, turn off the stove.

  4. Pour the mixture into your silicon molds of choice - I purchased BPA free moulds from Amazon.

  5. Place into the fridge for minimum 2hrs before taking out of the moulds

Storage: Keep in the fridge

Notes: If you would like a vegan/vegetarian alternative to gelatin try Agar Agar (natural seaweed)
